1 bag frozen baby lima beans
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 tablespoon butter or 1/2 tablespoon margarine
1/3 cup fresh white breadcrumbs

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Cook lima beans according to package instructions, drain and spread in a single layer in an 8x8 inch baking dish.
3.Pour milk over beans and sprinkle blue cheese on top.
4.Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
5.Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
