Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and sugar.
2.Heat aebleskiver pan over medium heat, melt butter in each indent.
3.Pour batter into each indent until it's about 3/4 full.
4.Add desired filling in the center of each indent.
5.Flip the ebleskiver over using chopsticks or skewers and cook until golden brown on both sides.
6.Serve hot with powdered sugar and extra jam or applesauce on top.
