1 lb butter , room temperature
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.In a large bowl, mix together flour and salt.
3.In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
4.Beat in vanilla and eggs.
5.Gradually add flour mixture and mix until dough forms.
6.Fit a cookie press with a decorative disc and fill with dough.
7.Press cookies onto ungreased baking sheets.
8.Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
9.Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
