Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together both flours, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2.In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks and milk.
3.In a separate large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4.Gently fold egg yolk mixture into dry ingredients until just combined.
5.Gently fold in egg whites until no large clumps remain.
6.Heat aebleskiver pan over medium heat and add a few drops of vegetable oil in each well.
7.Spoon batter into each well until about ¾ full.
8.Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until browned and crispy.
9.Top with sliced bananas or peaches and powdered sugar before serving.
