jam , jelly , honey , syrup ( optional ) or applesauce ( optional )
sifted powdered sugar ( optional )
cinnamon sugar ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2.Add milk and egg yolks, stir until combined.
3.In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4.Fold the egg whites into the mixture until smooth.
5.Heat the Aebleskiver pan and add cooking oil.
6.Pour mixture into each hole and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
7.Use a skewer or fork to flip the Aebleskiver and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
8.Serve with jam, jelly, honey, syrup or applesauce. Dust with sifted powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar if desired.
