2 egg whites

4 tablespoons butter , melted
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup vegetable oil ( for frying )

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda and salt.
3.Mix in the melted butter and buttermilk to the dry ingredients until well combined.
4.Fold in the egg whites to the batter.
5.Heat the aebleskiver pan on medium heat and add a little oil in each well.
6.Pour batter into each well and cook until golden brown.
7.Turn the aebleskiver and continue cooking until golden on both sides.
8.Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
