Ingredients

1 lb cooked pasta
1/2 lb crumbled sausage
1 lb chopped beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 cloves garlic , chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
6 cups young stems removed dandelion greens
4 -6 cups of your favorite tomato sauce
1 1 teaspoon dried basil or 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, crumbled sausage, chopped beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, onions, garlic, salt, egg, and milk.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together the dandelion greens, tomato sauce, dried basil or marjoram, salt, and pepper.
4.Spread half of the pasta mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with half of the dandelion mixture.
5.Repeat with the remaining pasta and dandelion mixtures, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
6.Cover the dish with foil, and bake for 45 minutes.
7.Remove the foil, and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
