1 cup olive oil
1 cup garlic ( crushed & chopped )
4 sweet onions ( chopped )
4 green peppers ( chopped )
1 cup cilantro ( chopped )
4 tablespoons ground cumin

6 tablespoons ground paprika
4 tablespoons dried ancho chile powder

Budweiser beer ( Your Favorite )
2 lbs ground chuck ( coarsely ground )
1 lb spicy sausage ( ground )
1 lb sweet sausage ( ground )
2 lbs round steaks ( diced )
1 cup italian tomato paste
2 cups spicy salsa
2 cups medium hot salsa
6 cups diced tomatoes with onion garlic and basil
1 cup fresh jalapeno chile ( chopped & unseeded )
4 cups canned black beans ( drained )
4 cups canned red beans ( drained )
3 cups anejo tequila liqueur
5 chipotle chiles in adobo , chopped
Damn Good Chili Mike is a hearty and flavorful chili recipe that is perfect for cold winter evenings or for a big game day. Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2.Add onions, green peppers, and cilantro and cook until onion is translucent.
3.Add ground cumin, ground oregano, cayenne pepper, ground paprika, dried ancho chile powder, and kosher salt. Stir well.
4.Add Budweiser beer and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
5.Add coarsely ground ground chuck, spicy sausage, and sweet sausage into the pot and cook over medium heat until brown.
6.Add diced round steaks, Italian tomato paste, spicy salsa, medium hot salsa, diced tomatoes with onion garlic and basil, and chopped fresh jalapeño chile. Stir mixture well.
7.Allow to cook on low heat for an hour, stirring occasionally.
8.Add drained canned black beans and red beans to the pot and let it cook for another 30 minutes.
9.Add anejo tequila liqueur, chopped chipotle chiles in adobo, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
10.Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments like sour cream, shredded cheese, and diced avocado.
