200 g chocolate , pure
100 ml cream
1 liter vanilla ice cream
150 g whipped cream

Instructions

1.Chop 150 g of chocolate and melt it in a double boiler.
2.Whip 100 ml of cream in a separate bowl and mix with melted chocolate.
3.Scoop 1 liter of vanilla ice cream in serving bowls.
4.Pour the chocolate cream on top of the ice cream and spread evenly.
5.Whip 150 g of cream until stiff. Melt the remaining 50 g of chocolate and mix with whipped cream.
6.Pour the chocolate whipped cream over the ice cream-chocolate mixture.
7.Serve chilled.
