12 -16 ladyfingers
150 g mascarpone ( vegan )
3 eggs
4 tablespoons sucanat
3 tablespoons cocoa or 3 tablespoons carob powder
100 ml espresso
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur or 2 tablespoons cognac

Instructions

8.Repeat the layers with ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture ending with the mascarpone.
9.Dust the top with cocoa or carob powder.
10.Cover the dish or glasses with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
