150 g urad lentils ( maash dhuli ( white )
oil ( for frying )
250 g low-fat plain yogurt

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon low calorie sweetener

Instructions

7.Squeeze the water from the dahi baray and add them to the yogurt mixture.
8.Serve the dahi baray immediately, garnished with more chat masala and coriander leaves.
