Ingredients

1 1/2 kg clarified butter
1 kg chickpea flour
1/2 kg semolina
1/2 kg almonds
1/2 kg pistachios
1/2 kg cashews
1/2 kg walnuts
1/2 kg raisins
1 kg sugar

Instructions

1.In a large non-stick pan, heat the clarified butter until it melts.
2.Add chickpea flour and semolina to the butter and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously over low heat.
3.In a separate pan, roast all the nuts until they are lightly browned and fragrant. Set them aside.
4.Now add sugar to the chickpea flour and keep stirring for another 10-15 minutes until the mixture becomes dark yellow and slightly wet.
5.Add all the roasted nuts and raisins to the pan and mix until well combined.
6.Pour the mixture onto a greased tray and flatten it out using a spatula. Cut it into desired shapes and let it cool. Serve chilled.
