1 potato , washed , peeled and sliced in thin concentric circles

1 1/2 cups gram flour ( known as `` besan '' in Hindi )
1 cup water
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
