Instructions

5.Add the potato mixture and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the remaining peanut powder and cook for an additional minute.
6.Cut the dinner rolls in half and butter them. Place them on a griddle over medium heat and cook until toasted.
7.Spread garlic chutney on one side of the toasted rolls and tamarind chutney on the other. Place a generous portion of the potato mixture on the roll. Top with chopped red onion and additional chutneys if desired. Serve immediately.
