Ingredients

5 ounces farina ( regular , not instant )
8 ounces cold water
2 extra large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt ( more or less to taste )
2 tablespoons butter ( melted )

Instructions

1.In a medium sized pot, boil water and add salt.
2.Gradually pour in the farina, stirring continuously till cooked.
3.Remove from heat and let cool.

5.Preheat a skillet on low heat, adding some butter and a little bit of oil to prevent sticking of the mixture, and pour in small portions of the mixture forming into circular shapes.
6.Continue cooking at low heat until golden brown, then flip over and cook the other side till golden brown as well.
7.Serve hot with your preferred topping(s).
