Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.Cut off the tops of the green bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

7.After an hour, remove the lid or foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
8.Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
