2 eggs
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup milk

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, sugar and salt.
2.Gradually add in the flour, stirring until the mixture becomes a soft dough.
3.Divide the dough into four equally sized balls.
4.Flour a clean surface and roll out each ball of dough.
5.Cut the rolled out dough into diamond or rectangular shapes
6.Heat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
7.Place the cut-out dough on the baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
8.Serve hot or cold and sprinkle with sugar to your taste
