1 tablespoon butter , softened
1/2 red bell pepper , chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt , or to taste

Instructions

1.Place the shredded cucumber into cheesecloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
2.In a bowl, mix the squeezed cucumber with 1/2 cup yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and dill. Set aside.
3.In a small bowl, mix the red onion, lemon juice, and sumac. Set aside.
4.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced sweet onion, red pepper flakes, cumin, coriander, Urfa biber, butter, and salt. Mix until the spices are thoroughly blended into the meat.
5.Form the meat mixture into four equal-sized patties.
6.Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to high heat.
7.Brush the patties on both sides with olive oil.
8.Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
9.While the burgers are grilling, toast the buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
