8 flour tortillas

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, and chili powder to combine.
2.Season shrimp with salt and black pepper and add to marinade. Let shrimp marinate for 15 minutes.
3.In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add cubed zucchini, chopped red onion, and frozen corn. Sauté until vegetables are tender and corn is warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.
4.Remove vegetables from skillet and set aside.
5.In the same skillet, heat another tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
6.To serve, warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave. Top with cooked shrimp and vegetables, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped fresh cilantro. Roll up the tortilla and enjoy!
