1 package extra firm tofu , cubed
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon turmeric
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 package frozen spinach , thawed
1 onion , diced
2 tomatoes , diced
cheddar cheese

4 tortillas
Curried Tofu Burritos are a vegan recipe that is healthy, filling, and packed with a spicy and flavorful punch. This recipe is easy to make and can be tailored to suit individual taste preferences. Instructions

1.Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2.Add cubed tofu and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.
3.Add curry powder, cumin, basil, thyme, turmeric and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir occasionally and cook for extra 5 minutes.
4.Add thawed frozen spinach to skillet and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.
5.Place tortillas on a flat surface, spread mixture of tofu and spinach, and top with diced onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and salsa.
6.Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll the burrito up from the bottom.
7.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cook burritos until the tortilla is browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and serve hot.
