1/2 cup shallot , peeled and minced
2 cans garbanzo beans
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
salt , to taste
1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

4.Add in the garbanzo beans, turmeric, cumin, ginger, and salt. Mix well and allow to cook for another 5-10 minutes until the beans are heated through.
