Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 chicken thighs , cut into bite size pieces
2 medium potatoes , diced
2 roma ( plum ) tomatoes , diced
1/2 bunch Swiss chard , chopped
1 container plain yogurt

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3.Add the minced garlic and chicken pieces, stir-fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown.

6.Add the chopped Swiss chard and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
7.Serve with plain yogurt.
