1 lb pork ribs ( smoked )
2 lbs linguica sausage or 2 lbs Italian sausage
1 lb snap peas or 1 lb sugar snap pea

Instructions

1.In a large pot, layer the chicken, potatoes, cabbage, pork ribs, linguica sausage, snap peas, chopped bell pepper, garlic, oregano, and salt pork. Season with kosher salt.

3.Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the pot, and simmer until the chicken and potatoes are tender, and the clams and mussels have opened, about 45-60 minutes. Discard any unopened clams or mussels before serving.
4.In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, 1 tablespoon of butter, and enough water to form a dough. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
5.Form the dough into small, flat rounds about the size of a dinner plate.
6.Brush the remaining tablespoon of butter over the rounds and bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 C) oven for about 10 minutes, until the potato bread is golden brown and crispy.
7.Serve the meat, seafood, and vegetables with the potato bread on the side.
