Ingredients

3/4 lb boneless lamb
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons fresh ginger , finely minced
4 garlic cloves , finely minced
4 teaspoons cumin
4 teaspoons liquid honey
1 large yellow sweet pepper
1 small red onion
salt and pepper , to taste
Cumin Lamb, Sweet Pepper & Onion Kebabs are a mouth-watering dish that originates from the Middle East. Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, cumin and honey.
2.Cut the lamb, sweet pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces then place them into the mixing bowl with the marinade.
3.Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
4.Preheat the grill and assemble the kebabs, alternating between pieces of lamb, pepper, and onion.
5.Grill the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, rotating them every few minutes to cook the meat thoroughly.
