1 1/2 loaves Cuban bread
yellow mustard
mayonnaise
1/4 lb baked ham , sliced thinly
1/2 lb roast pork , sliced thinly
1/4 lb swiss cheese , sliced thinly
1/4 lb italian salami , slice thinly
dill pickle slices
The Cuban sandwich is a Tampa classic that has become popular around the world. Made with Cuban bread, ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, salami, pickles and mustard, this sandwich is a delicious, hearty meal that's perfect for lunch or dinner. Instructions

1.Preheat a griddle or press to medium heat.
2.Slice the Cuban bread into 4 sections. Cut each section in half, so you have a top and a bottom piece.
3.Spread yellow mustard on one side of each piece of bread and mayonnaise on the other side.
4.On the bottom half of each sandwich, add 2 pieces of ham, 2 pieces of roast pork, 2 pieces of Swiss cheese, a few slices of salami and a few slices of dill pickle.
5.Place the top half of the bread onto each of the sandwiches.
6.Cook the sandwiches on the griddle or press for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted.
7.Remove from heat and let the sandwiches cool slightly before slicing and serving.
