3 lbs flank steaks , cut crosswise in 6 pieces

2 bay leaves

1 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

10.Return the steak pieces to the pot.
11.Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the meat is very tender.
12.Remove the bay leaves and discard them.
