Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
2.In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

4.In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together before adding to the wet ingredients. Fold in until just combined.
