Ingredients

1 baguette
1 garlic clove , finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil , for brushing
3 tablespoons white wine
5 ounces morels
2 shallots , chopped
1 ounce butter
6 tablespoons heavy cream
3 1/2 ounces prosciutto , torn into pieces
6 ounces emmenthaler cheese , grated
5 ounces gruyere , grated
2 tablespoons kirsch
The Croute Savoyarde is a classic dish in Savoy, France. It's a delicious combo of mushrooms, prosciutto and cheese melted on a slice of baguette. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2.Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet.

5.In a pan, sauté the shallots in butter until soft.
