Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 can diced tomatoes

1 can kidney beans , rinsed and drained
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
shredded mozzarella cheese ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, then drain.

4.Add in sliced mushrooms and parsley. Cover and cook for another 30 minutes on high heat.
5.Serve with shredded mozzarella cheese (optional).
