Ingredients

1 -2 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 small onion , sliced
1 can stewed tomatoes ( reg . or Italian style )
1 can tomato paste ( reg . or Italian style )
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning ( use a little more if you did n't use Italian style tomatoes or paste )
2 garlic cloves , minced
1 cup fresh mushrooms ( optional )
6 ounces fettuccine , cooked and drained

Instructions

1.In a 4-quart slow cooker, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
2.Add sliced onions, minced garlic, green beans, and mushrooms (optional) on top of the chicken.

4.Sprinkle dried Italian seasoning, cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
5.Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it with the fork.

7.Drain the pasta and add it to the slow cooker chicken and tomato mixture.
8.Stir together until evenly combined and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
9.Serve and sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese on top of the dish.
