1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
3 -4 Thai red chili peppers , slice thin ( optional )
3 cups steamed jasmine rice ( optional )

Instructions
