2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca ( I used Wondra flour )
flour tortilla ( we used 8 10-inch )

Instructions

1.In a 6-quart crockpot, combine chicken breasts, salsa, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, grated cheese, chopped onion, black olives, and tapioca flour.
2.Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken is tender and the sauce is bubbly.
3.Once the chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred it into bite-sized pieces.
4.Heat the flour tortillas as directed on the package.
5.To assemble the burritos, spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up the tortilla and serve immediately.
