3 minced garlic cloves , do n't substitute powdered ( optional )
1 1 bunch fresh cilantro or 1 cup celery & leaves , chopped with stems

2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt , to taste
