12 -15 flour tortillas

Instructions

1.In a slow cooker, place the chicken thighs and breasts and pour the enchilada sauce on top.

4.Once the chicken is done, shred it with two forks and mix it with the sauce.
5.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and fill each flour tortilla with chicken and a bit of sauce. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
6.Cover the tortillas with any remaining sauce from the slow cooker and bake for about 15 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
