sour cream ( optional )

Instructions

1.Season chicken breasts with taco seasoning and garlic powder.
2.Pour the jar of salsa and Tostitos queso sauce in a Crock-Pot and mix together.
3.Place seasoned chicken breasts on top of the sauce mixture in the Crock-Pot.
4.Pour in the chicken stock or broth.
5.Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked thoroughly and soft.
6.Remove chicken from Crock-Pot and shred it into small pieces using two forks.
7.In the Crock-Pot, add a cup of rice and stir to mix with the sauce.
8.Put the shredded chicken back into the pot and stir until it's all combined.
9.Cook for another 25-30 minutes until the rice is cooked through.
