1 cup green bell pepper , chopped

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
1 cup broccoli floret ( optional )

Instructions

5.Cook for another 20-30 minutes until the sauce thickens and the beef is tender and cooked through. Serve over hot rice or noodles.
