500 g streaky bacon ( cut into strips )

2 tablespoons oregano leaves , ground
2 tablespoons ground cumin

1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon cocoa powder ( unsweetened )
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
450 ml beef stock
fresh coriander ( Chopped )
2 tablespoons frying oil ( Groundnut )

Instructions

4.Transfer the cooked ingredients into a crock pot.
5.Add the chopped red chilies, oregano, cayenne pepper, cocoa powder, black pepper, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, and red kidney beans to the crock pot.
6.Cook on low for 8 hours.
7.Top with creme fraiche flavored with chopped chili and coriander before serving.
