20 jumbo shrimp , with tails ( or tiger prawns , peeled and deveined )
2 garlic cloves , minced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
20 wonton wrappers
1 egg , beaten
20 chives or 20 garlic chives

Instructions

1.In a pan, sauté garlic in sesame oil until fragrant.
2.Add shrimp and stir for a few minutes until pink and cooked through.
3.Remove from heat and let cool.

5.Brush edges with beaten egg.
6.Place one shrimp on the center of the wrapper.
7.Fold in the sides of the wrapper over the shrimp and press down firmly.
