1 egg white to seal flautas ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3.Arrange the tortillas on a plate and cover with a damp towel to keep them moist.

5.Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and use egg white to seal the end of the tortilla, if necessary.
