20 g spring onions ( approx 1 spring onion )

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, add the wheat flour, egg, oil, and 100 milliliters of cold water. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
2.Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Set aside.
3.In a separate bowl, add the pork mince, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, crushed garlic, coriander leaves, and spring onions. Mix well to combine.
4.Take a small piece of dough and roll it out into a 10-centimeter diameter circle.
5.Place a spoonful of the pork filling in the center of the dough circle.
6.Bring the edges of the dough together and twist to seal the parcel.
7.Repeat steps 4-6 until all the dough and filling has been used.
8.Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the parcels and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
9.Serve hot and enjoy!
