6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced.
2.Line a large baking tray with baking paper and spray with cooking oil.
3.In a shallow dish, whisk the melted spread, skim milk, chives and salt. In another shallow dish, crush the corn flakes with your hands. Add the taco seasoning and parsley and toss to combine.
4.Dip each chicken breast into the spread mixture, then coat in the crumbs, pressing on firmly.
5.Place the chicken on the prepared tray and spray with cooking oil.
6.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
