1 can sauerkraut , drain and chopped
2 tablespoons fine dry breadcrumbs
8 ounces neufchatel cheese or 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared mustard
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 cup fine breadcrumbs

Instructions

5.Coat each meatball in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally roll in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
6.In a large skillet, heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook until golden brown and crisp on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7.Remove from the skillet and place on a paper-towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
8.In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of prepared mustard. Serve the meatballs with the sauce and enjoy!
