Crepes Complet is a traditional French recipe that originated from Brittany. It's made with a paper-thin crepe that is stuffed with cheese, ham, and egg. The crepe is then folded into a square and baked until the cheese is melted and the egg is cooked to your liking. This dish is a delightful way to start your day and is suitable for vegetarians if the ham is left out. You can also add chopped vegetables such as bell peppers, mushrooms or spinach to boost the nutritional value of this dish. Crepes Complet is perfect served with a cup of coffee or tea or as a filling brunch option with friends and family.
