1 cup andouille sausage , diced
4 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup bread crumbs

2 stalks celery , chopped

1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
kosher salt to taste

Instructions

1.Cook macaroni according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
