2 cups white wine ( See note )
1/2 cup sugar
1 lemon twists or 1/2 cinnamon stick
7 -8 egg yolks

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2.In a saucepan, combine the white wine, sugar, and lemon twists/cinnamon stick. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

4.Gradually whisk in the white wine mixture into the egg yolks, stirring constantly.
5.Strain the mixture and pour into ramekins.
6.Place the ramekins in a baking pan and fill with boiling water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
7.Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the custard is set.
