8 potatoes ( large )
425 g mornay sauce ( cabonara was specified )
425 g tuna ( canned in water )
2 spring onions ( scallions chopped )
1/2 cup cheese ( grated )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2.Wash and dry the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork several times all over.
3.Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes or until they're cooked.
4.Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat up the mornay sauce until it starts to simmer.
5.In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, spring onions, and half of the grated cheese.
6.Slice the top of each cooked potato and scoop out the flesh.
7.Add the flesh into the mixing bowl then stir with the tuna mixture.
8.Add the mixture into the potato shells, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
9.Bake for another 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown. Serve immediately.
