Instructions

1.In a large pot, bring water to boil, add gnocchi and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2.In a large pan, heat up olive oil over medium heat, add garlic, sundried tomatoes and olive. Cook until fragrant.
3.Add pine nuts and spinach, cook until spinach is wilted.
4.Pour in cream and bring to simmer.
5.Add cooked gnocchi and stir until they are coated with the sauce.
6.Serve hot with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
