1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon four mixed spice

2 tablespoons sugar
3 -4 cups skim milk
2 ripe bananas

Instructions

1.Place the toasted quinoa in a blender and grind for a few seconds until it becomes a fine powder.

6.Combine the 3-4 cups of skim milk and ripe bananas to the blender, and blend again until it becomes smooth.
