HEALTH & BENEFITS

While these Creamy Pistachio Pops are not the healthiest option, they are a better alternative to store-bought ice cream.
Pistachios are low in calories, high in protein, and offer heart-healthy benefits when consumed in moderation. Earl Grey tea, a blend of black tea and bergamot, contains caffeine and may be linked to improved cognitive function and a reduced risk of heart disease.
