400g pasta | |
1 tablespoon olive oil | |
2 cloves garlic, minced | |
250g mushrooms, sliced | |
1/2 teaspoon salt | |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper | |
1/2 cup heavy cream | |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese | |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
1. | Cook pasta according to package instructions. |
2. | Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. |
3. | Add garlic and cook until fragrant. |
4. | Add mushrooms and cook until slightly browned. |
5. | Season with salt and pepper. |
6. | Pour in heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens. |
7. | Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until coated. |
8. | Serve with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. |
